Subject: On-the-Job Training in Madaba and Irbid
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) Jordan Office invites bids from qualified and reliable service providers who are registered and licensed to deliver On-the-Job Training for DRC’s beneficiaries in Madaba and Irbid.
Tender Deadline:
The deadline for submitting offers is Monday, 30th December 2024, at 16:00 Amman Time. Offers submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
How to Obtain Tender Documents:
The complete tender document is available free of charge. Interested parties can obtain it via the Tender JO platform or by sending an email request to rfq.jor.amm@drc.ngo from Tuesday, 24th December 2024. The email request should include the company’s name.
Submission Guidelines:
Email Submissions: All bids must be emailed to rfq.jor.amm@drc.ngo by the deadline. Submissions should include all required documents in PDF, JPEG, or TIF format or as a ZIP file. The email subject line must clearly indicate the reference number of this RFQ. If the bid is sent in multiple parts, each part must be numbered (e.g., Part 1 of 4). Bids sent to any other email address will not be considered.
Hard Copy Submissions: Hard copy submissions are accepted and must be delivered in a sealed, stamped envelope. The envelope should clearly display the supplier’s name and the RFQ reference number and be submitted to the Amman office tender box only.
