The Jordan INGO Forum (JIF) is a network of 60 international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) implementing development and humanitarian programs to respond to the needs of vulnerable Jordanians, as well as Syrian, Palestinian, Iraqi and other refugees in Jordan. JIF members work closely with the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation and other relevant line ministries, as well as with other actors such, as the UN, national NGOs and donors, to plan and coordinate activities. The JIF exists primarily to serve the needs of its members to enable them to help people in need and improve the lives of vulnerable populations in Jordan. The JIF does this through information sharing and communication, coordination, advocacy and representation
JIF is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a Strategic Foresight and Systems Analysis Report on the future of the displacement response in Jordan (2026–2027).
The consultancy will analyse how changes in funding, policy, service provision, and displacement dynamics interact across sectors; identify emerging risks and opportunities; and develop evidence-based scenarios, systems mapping, and strategic recommendations to support informed decision-making by government, donors, UN agencies, and humanitarian and development partners.

Deadline for bid submission is 24.09.2026 - 12:00 PM Amman time.
