Dear Bidders,
The Water Efficiency and Conservation (WEC) Activity, funded by the U.S. Embassy in Amman and implemented by ARD, Inc., invites qualified and eligible companies to submit proposals for the Development of the National Treated Wastewater Reuse Master Plan for Jordan.
Proposals should be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and instructions set forth in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP).
Bidders’ Conference
A virtual bidders’ conference will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Amman time.
Prospective offerors wishing to attend are requested to confirm their participation by emailing ARD.Project.JordanWEC.Procurement@tetratechinc.onmicrosoft.com no later than Monday, October 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Amman time.
Submission of Proposals
Eligible bidders are invited to submit their proposals by email to:

Please ensure that your submission includes all required documentation and fully complies with the instructions, specifications, and terms outlined in the attached RFP, including the required financial proposal budget template.
In addition to the documents specified in the RFP, bidders are requested to include the following documents with their proposals:
1. Completed and signed cover letter;
2. Company registration letter; and
3. Bank details.
